Mould Tries To Hide From PuroClean In A Small Attic

Typically, if a job appears to be significant in size, we might think that it may be challenging to complete. But, that is not always the case, as proved by a recent job of ours. A couple in an Orillia neighborhood had called PuroClean to handle mould remediation. The affected area was in their very tiny attic space, and much to the humour of the clients, our technician was very tall by contrast. Here is how the restoration went.

A Big Tech In A Tiny Attic

Our team promptly arrived at the home to begin the inspection and restoration. The mould was visible in the attic, which meant it would be easier to remove, but the size of the attic would play a significant factor in how we would conduct this restoration. Our technician is 190.5cm (6’3″) tall. This meant there would not be much room (if any) for him to maneuver around.

But we’d never let a small inconvenience prevent us from doing the job. So, our technician came up with an idea that the clients thought was hilarious to watch: he removed the ceiling in the bathroom to carve out more space in the attic for him.

Now, with elbow room to operate, our technician removed the mould. He then followed it up with sanitization and deodorization, which left virtually no traces that the mould was ever there in the first place. The clients had originally given us a timeframe of 1 week to complete the job. However, even with the unusual tactics, our technician could complete the job in just a few days. The clients sent us a very nice note thanking us for doing such a great job and making them laugh along the way.
