This house was immense in size, which made the restoration a challenge, although it was nothing we couldn’t handle! There was a considerable amount of large furniture we had to move and work around, including a fully equipped home gym and a large billiards table. We brought in specialized equipment to assist us in moving the biggest items either entirely from the affected area or placing them on risers.

The amount of space that was affected due to the water damage meant we had to move quickly. Luckily, our crew was able to start immediately. First, we broke up into groups of two. Then we tackled everything, including removing drywall to be sure to dry the insulation thoroughly.

In the end, we completed this job in just under two weeks, which the clients really appreciated. They were planning to host an event, and this inconvenience would have really ‘dampened’ their plans. They were thankful for our professionalism, compassion, and the speed and quality of our work.
